A Club for 5-11 year olds every third Sunday 10am-11.30am
Next meeting Sunday 21 September 2008
STOP PRESS
Mark Turner is our new Parish Children and Youth Worker who will joining us on 1 September 2008 and working at the Church and Churchill Primary and will be coming to King's Klub
What is King's Klub?
King's Klub is our fast moving fun club for children between 5 and 11 which meets on the third Sunday of each month at the John Fryth Room, St Mary’s Church from 10am to 11.30am. We use lively Christian material from DVD’s, music, art, drama, craft and games.

Children can be brought direct to the Klub at 10am or make use of our “walking bus”. It is run by a group of responsible adults who are approved by the church. At 9.30am the bus starts from its first stop at the bottom of the drive of Churchill Primary School. It then walks with the children it has collected along South Bank, crossing the London Road and then through the Hartley Road/Madan Road area, stopping at "bus stops" along the way, and eventually passing through the Quebec car park, arriving at church by 10am. All children and adults on the bus wear bright tabards so that they can be seen clearly. The Klub then lasts for an hour and a half and we ask parents to pick up their children at 11.30am and enjoy a coffee with us.
We welcome new members of the Club.
Meetings in 2008 are on Sundays
