At the centre of Westerham life for more than 800 years, we aim to make St Mary’s and its Christian message relevant to today’s community and for future generations by serving Christ, Westerham and the wider world.
We live life as Christians in a relationship with God through Jesus Christ, and in common with other Christians seek to deepen that relationship and to follow in the way that Jesus teaches us.
…Father… God is Creator.
…Son… God has revealed himself to the human race in the historical person of Jesus Christ; both God and human. Jesus’ life, death and resurrection holds the key to our salvation and to knowing and loving God, and making sense of life, before and after death.
…and Holy Spirit… God is alive, loving and active today, inspiring faith, justice and truth, sustaining the life of the world, giving spiritual gifts to the church and bearing his spiritual fruit in the world – changed lives and a transformed society.
We love, serve and worship God, in many formats, from Messy Church for our young, to fellowship over coffee for the older members of our community, as well as in the more familiar Sunday services. We support our community, as well as communities far afield.

Within the church there is an area well equipped with ‘quiet’ toys, colouring pages, books and jigsaws, where parents can oversee their children at play while enjoying the service themselves.
We also offer services and activities for children of all ages.
We also care for the more mature members of our community with special events, dedicated courses and the opportunity to simply get together.Read More...
Music plays a key role in our worship. From Choral Evensongs which are celebrated 6 times a year, to leading the singing in our monthly All Age worship (1st Sunday of the month) our Choir’s talents cover all musical styles.Read More...
